There are so many wonderful Alumni making great impacts on our wider community including Tylah Muller who has started her own dance school in Mount Isa in regional QLD.
We are so proud of the 2016 graduate for all her success with starting the dance school in her home town. Tylah's school encourages children of all backgrounds to be involved in dance; "You should never be told that you can't dance because of the way you look or act. I want to make sure that no one ever feels the way I've felt before," she said.
Jessica Ziebell was Tylah's dance teacher at the College and had this to say of her success, "I am immensely proud of Tylah for following her dreams. Tylah has always shown resilience and authenticity in her character. She is a passionate person and her dance students are very fortunate to learn from her and have their own passion for dance ignited and nurtured. I have no doubt that Tylah will make a positive impact in the dance industry and in the lives of many young dancers."
In an industry that is often narrow-minded, it is a great achievement for Tylah to be successfully running such an inclusive space for children to learn and grow within their passion.
