In the recent Brisbane Hyrox competition, Meg Martin (Sutherland), along with her teammate Mollie Emond, set a new world record and APAC record for the Open Women Doubles Hyrox with their time of 00:54:20.
In 2024, Meg, along with her husband Will Martin, became World Champions for the U29 Mixed Doubles in the 23/24 season. This was her second Hyrox competition, which she completed after being bedridden with the flu. She had no clue how she would go with competing, but she dug deep and saw success!
Later this year Meg and her Husband will head to Chicago to compete in the 24/25 season Hyrox World Championships.
We wish Meg and Will all the best in their upcoming competition!
