Since graduating from Sheldon College, Tremaine Spillane has established a notable career with ALDI Australia. Joining the company as a graduate in 2009, she began as an Area Manager in Brisbane. After four years, she transitioned into logistics, overseeing the launch of the Brendale Distribution Centre in 2015. Following her maternity leave, Tremaine returned as Logistics Director for the Stapylton region. She later advanced to Store Operations Director, managing 36 stores and approximately 600 employees. In this role, she emphasizes authentic leadership and open communication, fostering a high-performance culture.
